This policy describes how CAPILATO HAIRSYSTEMS, S.L. ("Capilato") processes the personal data you provide through this website, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

When you complete the contact form, we process the data you provide: name, city, telephone or WhatsApp number, email address, type of profile (salon, professional, clinic or private individual) and the content of your message. We do not collect special categories of data. You do not need to register or create an account.

3. Purpose

The data are processed solely to handle your request for information, to contact you and, where applicable, to manage any resulting business relationship. They are not used for profiling or for automated decision-making.

4. Legal basis

The legal basis for processing is your consent, given by ticking the acceptance box and submitting the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). If a business relationship begins, further processing will be based on the performance of that relationship (Art. 6(1)(b)) and on the legitimate interest in maintaining professional contact (Art. 6(1)(f)).

We will keep your data while your request is being handled and, if no business relationship arises, for a maximum of twelve months from the last contact, unless you request earlier erasure. If a business relationship begins, the data will be kept for its duration and for the applicable statutory limitation periods.

6. Recipients and processors

We do not disclose your data to third parties for commercial purposes. Your data may be processed on the controller's behalf, under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR), by the infrastructure providers needed to operate the website and manage email, in particular the hosting and email provider. These providers act on our instructions and do not use the data for their own purposes. No international transfers outside the European Economic Area are envisaged; should any occur, they will be covered by the safeguards provided for in the GDPR.

If you consider that your rights have not been properly respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse or unauthorised access. The form is transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
